World-Class High School Education

High School's goal is to provide students with education and career opportunities to fulfill their dreams.  To ensure students receive a World-Class High School Education, school boards, superintendents, and principals are held accountable to the following value based World-Class High School Performance Objectives and Measures rather than compliance with thousands of bureaucratic state laws and regulations.

Performance Objectives:

  • Students, not continuing their education, will have career jobs.
  • High School Education payback is one year. (If four years of high school costing $5,000 per year, the student's starting salary should be $20,000/year or $10 per hour.)
  • School's student dropout rate is less than unemployment rate (High school should not be  contributing to unemployment, welfare and crime.)
  • Students graduate with a high school diplomas in four years.

Performance Measures evaluate how the school is meeting their Performance Objectives.

  • Percent graduating students continuing their education.
  • Percent students with career jobs. (Schools will need to develop partnerships with parents, business, colleges, Department of Human Services.)
  • Percent students who dropping out.
  • High School Education payback rate (student's average salary/cost of education)
  • Percent students receiving a high school diplomas in four years or less.

Mentor schools, who have 90-95% of their students meeting or exceeding the World-Class High School Performance Objectives, are identified and help other schools achieve similar results. Each school's performance is used in the next year's evaluation for school funding.
