Every Country bought into the 21 Century

To bring every country into the 21st century without destroying earth's environment takes approximately two to three metric tons of antimatter and requires government, business and education organizations support.

The United States spends $100 billion a year on physical research and development. The funds should be reallocated to activities with paybacks from 5 to 10 years.  The trillions of dollars spent by government on research and development during the last fifty years should be declassification.  Businesses can utilize the information to be more competitive in the world economy; and educators can use the knowledge to provide students with a World-Class education.

Business needs to supply products and services to billions of new customers. The  wasteful practice of burning chemicals to generate electricity, should be eliminated.  Natural gas, oil, and coal are too valuable natural resource to burn.  The chemicals should be used to make products from the chemicals to help bring countries into the 21st century. In addition, the commercialization of space for mining, manufacturing and tourism are extraordinary business opportunities.

Education needs to update their programs and books and provide students with world-class education. In the fields of chemistry and physics, they need to incorporate the use of antimatter as a natural source of energy and the updated Periodic Table of Elements. With the end of the war on terrorism, education programs are needed to show people how to live in peace and harmony with the hundreds of cultures around the world.

The conversion to antimatter and recovery of earth’s environment will take decades. By the end of this millennium, the World’s Gross National Product will grow from $30 trillion to over $3,000 trillion. Space exploration will add another $1,500 trillions for a total of $4,500 trillion.
