Fermilab and CERN have been making, storing, transferring, and colliding antimatter with matter for over twenty years.  Scientists use the D-Zero Detector to analysis the energy distribution from matter-antimatter collisions to find elementary particles.

Penning Traps use a vacuum and electromagnetic fields to safely store antimatter.

Antimatter is obtained by sending a spacecraft into the comet's tail and catching antimatter dust particles that are being blasted off the comet's surface by the solar wind and dust particles.
