Antimatter collisions with Matter

 On June 30, 1908, a comet fragment
 collided with the Earth's atmosphere
over Russian Siberia. The great fireball
was brighter than the Sun. The energy
 was equal 30 Megaton explosion.

In July 1994, Shoemaker-Levy 9 comet broke into 21 fragments that collided with Jupiter and released 200 million Megatons.

Scientists had thought the particles in the solar atmosphere were accelerated when dragged along with the magnetic field; if so, all the particles would be shot in the same direction.

 In September 2002, sungrazer comet
collided with Sun. The energy released
could have supplied the World's Energy
 needs for 10,000 years.
